Nestled in quiet elegance, this three-story sanctuary is more than a home—it is a living library, a place where stories are not just read but lived.
Where Architecture
and Literature Embrace
In this architectural masterpiece, time slows down, stories are cherished, and life unfolds amidst spaces crafted for contemplation and connection. It is a home that not only shelters but also inspires, a place where the lines between living and reading blur, and every corner holds the promise of a new discovery.

A Living Narratives

In this three-story abode, every corner whispers tales of timeless elegance and thoughtful design. At its heart, a towering library ascends through all levels, a vertical river of knowledge that connects each space with the next. Winding through this literary haven is a cantilevered staircase, its raw cement wall a testament to strength and simplicity, guiding one’s journey from one chapter of the home to another.

To navigate this literary haven, elegant bridges span across the second and third levels, connecting private quarters and communal areas. These pathways not only facilitate movement but also offer vantage points from which the library’s vast collection can be admired, fostering a continuous dialogue between the home’s inhabitants and the written word.

"We must take care that everything doesn't get so dreadfully serious. We must play, but play seriously."
– Hans J. Wegner

The choice of furnishings are deliberate, with a mix of modern classics. The iconic CH24 Wishbone chairs woven in black paper cord, the Charles and Ray Eames Lounge Chair, and other mid-century masterpieces punctuate the space, their presence both understated and profound. Against a backdrop of bare minimalism, these pieces stand like punctuation marks in a novel—precise, essential, unforgettable.

Culinary Craftsmanship:
The Stainless Steel Kitchen
The kitchen embodies sleek functionality, featuring a stainless steel island that gleams with modernity. Integrated within is a pullout breakfast table, a versatile addition that seamlessly transitions from a casual morning nook to an inviting space for evening gatherings. This design not only maximizes utility but also serves as a testament to the home’s commitment to blending form and function.

“An interior is the natural projection of the soul.”
– Coco Chanel

“Bring the outdoors in and the indoors out. The boundaries between architecture and nature should dissolve.”
– Tadao Ando

"To be timeless you have to think really far into the future, not next year, not in two years but in 20 years minimum.”
– Philippe Starck

Publication
This exceptional residence has been prominently featured in leading design and fashion publications, earning cover features in Home & Deco, Square Room, and ISH Magazine. Its striking architecture, curated interiors, and effortless blend of modern sophistication with timeless elegance also made it the backdrop for a high-profile fashion spread. A true statement home, it captures the essence of style both in print and in person.

An Island of Serenity:
The Master Suite
Within the master bedroom, a king-size bed stands as an island of tranquility, centrally positioned to command attention and invite rest. Encircling this centerpiece are thoughtfully designed spaces: a generous walk-in closet, a cozy reading nook, and a mini-library framed by three expansive glass panels. In the master bathroom, an oversized sunken bath offers a sanctuary for relaxation, its generous proportions inviting immersion and introspection. These elements coalesce to create a retreat that is both intimate and expansive, offering panoramic views that blur the boundaries between interior comfort and the world beyond.

The 2097/75 chandelier by Gino Sarfatti, with its elegant cascading lights, creates a striking contrast against the minimalist floating bookshelves along the white wall. Its sculptural design becomes a focal point, adding luxury and warmth while subtly highlighting the displayed books and objects. This combination blends functionality with artistry, perfect for a modern, open space or an intimate reading nook.
A curved outdoor shower, enclosed by a sculpted cement wall, provides a private oasis where one can reconnect with nature, the gentle cascade of water echoing the rhythms of the natural world.
