A scholarship recipient and award-winning designer, his work has garnered recognition across personal and collaborative projects—
valued for its clarity of concept, emotional depth, and refined execution.

His diverse expertise naturally led him into the world of interior design, where he saw an opportunity to merge his multidisciplinary skills into spatial experiences that captivate and connect on a deeper level.

he brings a fresh perspective to designing spaces that go beyond function and aesthetics..​​

Richard
CO-FOUNDER / DIRECTOR
With over 28 years of professional and technical experience in the building and civil engineering industry, Richard brings a wealth of expertise to the delivery and execution of design-led spaces.
His qualifications include a Diploma in Building & Civil Engineering, a Diploma in WSH Auditing, and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management.
Throughout his career, Richard has cultivated a deep understanding of project management, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration. His ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex, multi-layered projects has been a cornerstone of his professional journey.
With a sharp technical mind and strong leadership acumen, Richard is known for his ability to navigate challenges with clarity, confidence, and precision. His commitment to delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards has been instrumental in upholding the quality and integrity of Twenty Stories’ work.

Eugenia
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Bringing 16 years of professional experience in accounting and financial planning, Eugenia has been ACCA-certified since 2012, equipping her with globally recognized credentials and a solid foundation in finance.
Eugenia’s expertise covers a wide range of financial functions, including financial analysis, reporting, risk management, and strategic planning. She excels in implementing financial strategies, managing day-to-day financial operations, and supporting leadership through accurate reporting and insights. Her strong analytical skills and attention to detail enable her to maintain financial integrity and guide sound decision-making processes.

As Finance Director at Twenty Stories, Eugenia oversees accounting, finance, administration, and human resources. Her leadership and expertise contribute significantly to the firm’s operational efficiency and long-term success.

SENIOR DESIGNER
With over two decades of experience across interior design, landscape architecture, exhibition design, and event styling, Ching brings a richly layered understanding of aesthetics, functionality, and the emotional resonance of space..
Her mastery of technical skills—including 3D rendering, detailed drawing, and drafting—is matched by a sharp eye for design and composition. Known for her ability to translate abstract concepts into fully realized environments, Ching bridges the worlds of creativity and precision
with ease.
Her gift for bringing three-dimensional ideas to life has played a pivotal
role in shaping the identity of Twenty Stories. From early concepts to final execution, Ching is a trusted hand throughout the design journey—her ability to seamlessly merge artistry with precision allows her to transform conceptual ideas into immersive, tangible experiences.​​

Ching brings a calm, focused energy to the studio. Her collaborative spirit, thoughtful process, and quiet confidence make her an anchor within the team—consistently elevating each project with both grace and intention.

Shaun Elias
DESIGNER / PHOTOGRAPHER
A man of many interests, with a passion for creativity and storytelling. He began his journey as a fashion stylist, a role he held for two years, where his keen eye for style and being a natural people-person allowed him to build strong relationships with clients while helping them express themselves through clothing.
Driven by a desire to expand his creative skill set, Shaun transitioned into marketing and design, a field he thrived in for five years, where he further honed his storytelling abilities through branding, graphic design, photography, and videography. His diverse background has shaped him into a versatile creative with
a strong grasp of both visual aesthetics and people.

Now, Shaun is looking to craft tasteful, intentional spaces in Twenty Stories —bringing his narrative-driven and people-centric approach into the world of interiors.​​

JUNIOR DESIGNER
With a background in both interior and graphic design, Evie brings a multidisciplinary approach to the way she sees and shapes space. Her passion for design extends beyond the studio—nurtured through her
travel, where she draws inspiration from diverse cultures, aesthetics, and ways of living. This curiosity informs her creative thinking and deepens
her sensitivity to visual composition.
Evie has developed strong skills in drafting, space planning, and the nuances of spatial relationships. Her attention to detail and ability to translate designs into function allows her to craft spaces that are both practical and visually refined.
At Twenty Stories, she hopes to contribute her strengths in spatial thinking and creative versatility. With a global perspective and a keen eye for the quiet details, Evie brings fresh insight to the studio’s design language and narrative-driven approach.

JUNIOR DESIGNER
JT brings a strong technical foundation and a clear design eye to the execution of each project. His expertise spans 3D modeling, rendering, and drafting, allowing him to seamlessly translate conceptual ideas
into visual narratives that guide both the design process and client understanding.

JT also plays an integral role in site coordination and project oversight, ensuring that design intentions are carried through with clarity and care. PROJECT CONSULTANT / COORDINATOR
With a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture and professional experience working in Germany, Gabriel brings a broad, cross-cultural perspective to spatial design. His work bridges natural and built environments, always guided by a sensitivity to context, scale, and human experience.
Gabriel has developed strong expertise in project management and coordination, overseeing complex, multidisciplinary projects with clarity and foresight. His ability to align diverse teams and navigate the intricacies of design delivery makes him a vital presence in both planning and execution phases.
At Twenty Stories, Gabriel contributes not only technical insight, but a thoughtful, globally informed design sensibility. With a strong foundation in fabrication and carpentry, backed by years of hands-on industry experience, Trina is a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager who brings structure, strategy, and heart to every build. Known for her ability to navigate complex projects and tight timelines.

Her practical, solutions-focused mindset ensures seamless execution from planning through to delivery, while her leadership style centers on clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.
Trina played a pivotal role in shaping its architectural vision into reality. From coordinating trades and refining fabrication details to ensuring design integrity was maintained throughout construction, her hands-on expertise and strategic oversight are instrumental in bringing projects to life.
